Our free Membership enables you to list unlimited Domain Names for sale, and buy Domains. Sellers can enter in an unlimited number of Domains, single or in bulk. Sellers can purchase our Featured Domain Listing Services to increase Domain visibility on VRtechDomains' Home Page.

1. List Domains For Sale:
   
Members can list their Domains one at a time or in bulk of up to 50 Domains at once by the easy Add Domain or Add Bulk Domains options in the Member Area. If you own more than 500 Domains you can send us a plain Text(.txt), Word(.doc) or Excel(.xls) Document of all your Domains with our convenient Send Bulk-Domains Form. All Domain Listings allow Buyers to see more info or make offers. Editing and Management of Domain Names is easy, with help at every step.


2. Featured Listing Services (Optional):
   
   
• Members may choose a Featured Domains Listing to boost Domain visibility on our Home Page or prominent in a specific category.
• For Sellers who want to feature all their Domains on their own unique page, we also offer Featured Domain Seller Listings . The Seller's Username appears as a featured link on our Home Page. The link directs traffic to your own list of Domains (Standard Package - up to 500 Domains) or to your own unique sub-Website (Deluxe Package - unlimited Domains). Eliminate the competition in a way that features all your Domains for ultimate visibility.
   
Both Featured Domains and Featured Sellers really put your Domains in full view for optimum exposure.


3. Domain Appraisal Services (Optional):
   Having a Domain Name Appraisal is an added reassurance that the Domain Name is reasonably priced. Domains priced too high will scare off a Potential Buyer if the price isn't justified. Domain Names priced too low could imply deficiency to the Buyer. Even if it does get sold, the Seller may be missing out on a well-deserved sale price.
   
   Both Buyers and Sellers appreciate having a realistic appraisal of a Domain Name.Our Domain Appraisal is well researched and complete. We base the Domain Name's value on several criteria that are objective, actual factors in Domain sales.
   
   
4. Buyer and Seller Negotiations:
   
A Buyer's offer on a Domain Name initiates negotiations between Buyer and Seller through our private Seller and Buyer Exchange Form, in which the E-mail addresses remain anonymous. Each may make offers and counter offers, accept or reject offers until a price is agreed upon. At this point they may choose to exchange contact information and proceed to the next step.


5. Securely Transfer a Domain with an Escrow Service:
   
Use our preferred Escrow Service for Domain Name exchange, Escrow.com. Payment is made by various methods. There is a fee of 3.25 % of the price (with a $25 minimum) for Domains under $5000. The payment is verified and the money held until ownership transfer is confirmed.
