We do not operate a contact form on our websites. Firstly because we like the personal touch of a phone call or direct email. Secondly because our last contact form became victim of spam and sales emails.
If you are a new client please call the sales line and one of our account manager will discuss your needs and requirements and advise you on the best options available.
Existing customer please call your account managers direct dial number be sure to have you account number handy. Don’t worry if you don’t have it to hand as we can use additional security.
If your enquiry is regarding training please contact the training team directly. They will find out what training you are looking for, when you want it and how many people are to be trained.
If you have general enquires or looking for some advice before commencing your new venture please contact our information hotline and one of our professionals will be more than happy to help.
All sales and marketing calls will be blocked.
As we have a very secure office within a secure compound we would ask you to let us know if you are wishing to attend the office so we can advise security you will be coming. If you are coming by car we will need to know your car registration, make and module. Security has the right to search you on the way in and out of the premises. Due to the nature of our servers and the information they store it is vitally important we have these security measures in place.
We will not give access to our server rooms. Our server rooms can only be accessed by our directors and main server engineers. If you wish to visit the server room please forward you reasons behind wanting to do so to your account manager and the request will be reviewed by the board of directors.
