About VR Tech Domains.

VR Tech Domains was established in 2000. Our two directors were both web masters working for other companies managing all aspects of the company’s website and domains.  After many years or countless emails to different companies to resolve the simplest of issues our directors decided to break free and launch VR Tech Domains.

The idea behind VR Tech Domains was to be affordable, approachable and reliable. We can offer a complete in house solution to any company meaning no matter what the problem is that you have you only have to call one number and speak to one person.

We have a team of around 50 staff that includes account managers and server engineers. All our team is trained monthly to improve customer service and customer satisfaction. We have a moto at VR Tech Domains “One Call, One Voice” you will only ever deal with your account manager. Your account manager will be responsible for all aspects of account and will liaise with the server ensuring you are not baffled by technical jargon.

Once a month at VR Tech Domains we have a role play day, This is to help our account managers explain anything to you in a language you will understand… We understand not everyone wants to her Proxy this, DNS that, Cache this…. We do have these days as an open invite to all clients your feedback is vital to our service and we like to hear from you about how we can explain or details things to you in a term you will understand.

We are multiple cultural company with staff members from all four corners of the world… We pretty much speak any language, If you want to talk to us in your native language we will get you an account manager to meet your needs.

We also like to offer training days to all our clients whether you want to know how to manage your DMC, Set up new emails, forward emails, Web forwarding or become a web master or server engineer we can offer the training you need. Training can be done in the training room at our office or attend your premises.
